1. Free U.S. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat rate fee of $8.95 applies.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.

  • Orders received after 5 PM ET are processed the next business day

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees unless otherwise noted.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, but can be longer depending on customs and carrier delays.


5. Packaging & Product Protection

  • We use reinforced, protective packaging (bubble wrap, boxes) for fragile and full-size hair oil bottles.

  • Temperature-sensitive products are packaged carefully; contact us for advice on climate concerns.


6. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

  • For international orders, tracking updates may pause during customs processing—please allow extra time.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes via expedited or overnight methods—standard USPS is allowed.

  • Some products containing aerosols or alcohol may be restricted in certain regions; carriers will notify you if an issue arises.


8. Lost/Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.

  • We will coordinate a replacement or refund depending on stock availability and claim resolution with the carrier.


9. Holiday & Seasonal Note

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., December holidays), processing may take 1–3 additional business days.

  • Service interruptions and cutoff deadlines will be announced via banner or email.
