Cher Archange Beauty – Refund & Return Policy

1.  Your Satisfaction Matters

We stand by every Cher Archange product. If you’re not delighted, we’ve got you covered.

2.  30‑Day Peace‑of‑Mind Returns

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, less return shipping―unless it's our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

3.  Exceptions & Open Items

  • Opened products: If you’ve opened something and it hasn’t worked for you, email us at info@cherarchangebeauty.com within 14 days of receipt. We’ll evaluate and may offer store credit, exchange, or refund. 

  • Discounted or combo deals: Final sale—no returns unless defective.

4.  Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Email order number + request, and we’ll send a prepaid shipping label. Exchanges ship within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

5.  Return Process

  1. Email info@cherarchangebeauty.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll reply with return/exchange instructions and a prepaid label if eligible.

  3. Ship the item within 7 days.

  4. Once received, we’ll notify you within 3 business days on your refund or credit.

6.  Refund Timing

Eligible refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

7.  International Returns

International customers follow the same process, but are responsible for return shipping. If return shipping exceeds $25, we’ll offer partial credit. For lengthy shipments (>30 days), we may issue a refund without requiring return.

8.  Non‑Returnable Items

  • Fully used products

  • Final-sale discount items

  • Gift cards

9.  Coverage for Defects or Errors

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace it and cover return shipping at no cost.
